EXCLUSIVE CONSULTANT SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SUBMITTING THIS ONLINE DOCUMENT WITH MY NAME, I AM BINDING MYSELF TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

In consideration of the time, effort and expense Arch Group, LLC. has expended in discussing and submitting me for a potential assignment for Position entered below in Location entered below, I hereby give you my exclusive authorization to submit me as a candidate for such assignment and I hereby further agree and covenant that I will not authorize any other company, individual or other entity or person to submit me as a candidate for such assignment. In addition, I hereby represent, warrant and confirm to Arch Group, LLC., that I have not, during the last forty five (45) business days, authorized anyone other than Arch Group, LLC. to submit me as a candidate for such assignment and that I will not authorize anyone other than Arch Group, LLC. to submit me as a candidate for such assignment for a period of forty five (45) business days after the date of execution of this Exclusive Consultant Submission Agreement. In making this agreement, I acknowledge and understand that Arch Group, LLC. will rely on this agreement in making such submission and I hereby agree that Arch Group, LLC. shall be entitled to so rely on this agreement.

Finally, I understand that this agreement is not an offer of employment to me or a contract of employment for me by Arch Group, LLC., If I am engaged for the above-referenced assignment, it will be pursuant to a separate written contract to be negotiated and executed by myself and Arch Group, LLC.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed this agreement as of the date entered below.
